Moving beyond asana

Our training to become a yoga teacher has several components, extending far beyond the physical practice.

Philosophy

We offer a strong focus on the philosophical aspects of the practice. You will study the sacred texts and learn how to integrate yoga’s ancient wisdom into your teaching, and modern day life.

Meditation & Ceremony

Our curriculum provides simple but powerful tools to make meditation and ceremony meaningful in your practice and teaching career.

Community

A central element of our work is to create a vibrant community for our graduates, and equip them to change the wellness industry for the better.

“I met Christian at my yoga teacher training in Bali where he was one of my teachers. I am so lucky to have been taught by him as he has a beautiful way of teaching. His warm and fun personality, his energy and his passion for yoga and ceremonies played a massive part of why my experience at the training was more than I could have asked for.”

— Emma Ekström, Sweden

From helping me to deepen my practice, to giving me confidence to grow and teach, Mona’s teaching has been a golden thread throughout my yoga journey. She is intuitive and spiritual, with a deep understanding of the old texts, all of which she effortlessly weaves into her classes. She is one of the most authentic teachers I have ever met, as she lives yoga.  If you get a chance to practice with her, take it; it might just change your life.
